What services does your handyman company provide?
Are you licensed and insured to work as a handyman in Oklahoma?
Yes, We carry full General Liability insurance to protect your property and peace of mind. In Oklahoma, general contractors and handymen do not require a master state contractor's license for general repairs, but we strictly follow all local Green Country municipal codes and safety guidelines."
How do the credited hours work on your monthly plans?
The hours accrued can be used at each visit or you can carry them over for a max of 3 month total credit hours to be used on a single visit. These hours are used to deduct labor only, so if other material and supplies are needed, the will be charge for those costs.
Do the plans cover the material costs?
Yes, the plan services listed in each plan do include the material cost to replace those items as stated in each plan. For example: filter cost is included every 3 months. However the credit hours only cover labor for the accrued amount of time, so material and supply costs will be added to the invoice.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. There is no hassle and no stress. Just tell us your done and we will remove you for our schedule and stop reoccurring payments.
What is the average cost per hour for handyman work in Oklahoma?
Standard handyman rates in Oklahoma typically range from $50–$85/hour and usually have a minium time charged or service call fee. However, with our Monthly Maintenance Plan, you are locked in with monthly checks, credited hours and discounted rates.
Do you offer home safety modifications for seniors or aging-in-place customers?
Yes! We offer senior safety updates, including installing bathroom grab bars, safety rails, outdoor handrails, etc. to keep your home safe and accessible.
What happens if I have a larger project than I have credited hours for?
No problem! You can apply your available credit hours toward the total project hours. Any additional hours required are simply billed at your discounted plan rate, with an upfront estimate provided before any work starts.
